season 2 leg 13

the last teams get ready for the last leg of the race the first clue sends them to Queen Kaʻahumanu‘s birthplace were they are told to fly to Anchorage Alaska and ask a pilot to fly to trapers creek. At the kaluai airport Tara tells Will to keep the clue but get rid of other stuff he losses the clue and blames it on Tara they try and copy the clue before the Honolulu flight but fail they land in san fransisco where they have to change planes they ring up rusts flying service and are told that’s the right place but they still don’t know about trappers creek in Seattle Blake/Paige find out they’ll get to anchorage last. The teams land in Anchorage and tell their pilots to fly to trappers creek (or in Tara/Wills case follow Chris/Alexs plane). Once there they spend the night in an igloo before continuing on the next morning on snow plows through a course which was meant to be the detour but we don’t see it they than race to a hardware store to grab supplies for the roadblock at hurricane gulch of opening a clue in ice which Will again stuffs up before being told to fly to oakland california the big risk this time is Chris/Alex going to Fairbanks not Anchorage and end up almost losing the race right there but are later routed via anchorage to catch the same flights. Once in Oakland Tara/Will can’t get a taxi costing them a lot of time they race to an mounment in San fransisco were they all close at the Atkinson/Esther house before heading to municipal pier Tara/Will narrowly lead Chris/Alex at this stage and the lead changes back and fourth while one bad stop sends Blake/Paige into last but it is close Will tries a fake out on Chris/Alex it doesn’t work  heading to muarry circle at east fort baker the finish line it is a close foot race but because of Will not helping Tara much at all in the final race to the finish its Chris and Alex who win the million dollars while Tara/Will are record close 2nd and Blake/Paige are close 3rd. 
There are rumors that Tara through the race but I doubt it will should have realized how hard it was to run and help her but it is unlikely they could have won with that small lead they had it goes back to the taxi guy letting taxis go.
1. Chris and Alex (not much of a deserved winner but they kept surviving poor finishes)

3. Blake and Paige (again it was close and they were unlucky)
