captain turbot arrives at an aquatic museum in a nearby town to do some research on mer pups and is supprised at how much info there is as the museum only opened recently he meets the owner and asks some questions he reveals that there are a few mer pups who have disguised themselves as human who need to be reunited with the item he asks if he has any leads he says that some are from the southern region and he points out a map where adventure bay is in the region he wonders about it meanwhile its a cool day in adventure bay while skye explains to bird about how the equipment while zuma ends up rescuing a stranded toy that dropped from a boat in the region as ryder gets the toy back to its owner they don’t know that a pup is watching them meanwhile sid squashbackle arrives at the museum. he tries to take all the things and uses a cage to capture captain turbot who calls the paw patrol to rescue them they get in the air patroller to get there quickest when there sid throws the captain into the water zuma races t rescue the captain but he sees a female mer pup rescue it he is shocked as it is in the day time zuma tries to explain it while chase chases after sid ryder isn’t sure what to think but captain turbot is worried. Sid as arrested and is angry turbot tells ryder a little bit about the merpups on the way back to adventure bay a pup watches them in the distance.
