today i am launching another new part of the blog with my personal opinion and score for some tv shows and video games i have played this is not the same as my write ups today i am starting with my favourite video game of all time pokemon gold (yes i know its twenty years old this year and no its not the more famous one pokemon go thats different).

story
in this gme you are a young pokemon trainer starting in new bark town on a pokemon journey like the show you choose a pokemon between chikorita (which is my favourite pokemon of all time) cyndaquil or totodile note the one you pick your rival chooses one with the type advantage so if you pick chikorita your rival chooses cyndaquil. This also determines the difficulty setting early in the game although as you later visit kanto the game becomes the opposite difficulty than. Your goal is to catch pokemon raise them up and take on gym leaders to become the champion this is the only game along with silver cyrstal and there remakes to have two regions to play through. The villians are team roceket same as red and blue the oldest games.
the game looks a lot better ase the first in colour (it was 2000 when it was released) and introduced the dark and steel types to the serious and is the basis of seasons 3-5 of the anime it is still my favourite game of all time and still stacks up today score 9.5/10 rubber chickens (i borrowed the old good game scoring system)
