buffalo twins

six years before the main events

a young cape buffalo couple where resting in a grassland when a hunter approached them with a gun he fires it but a man and woman (who was with child) walk in the way saving the buffalos life but they where hurt this allowed the ranger to arrest the hunter but the people who saved them where hurt haivng just had children themselves and could tell the female buffalo was pregnant. The buffalo asked to save there life and in exchange give their kids if they wanted a chance to live a better life.

six years later

annekah and luke (the savers kids) had grown into 6 year old school kids twins but where born with a big birth defect that meant it waas almost impossible to move the left side of there body they where bullied a lot by kids in the neighborhood their parents recovered but could not do much about the bullies. The buffalo family lived at a special resort in the town where anakah and luke live in the town and they visited them a lot. One day the bullies decided to try and get close to the buffalo by climbing the fence of the reserve with anakah and luke watching the chief bully dropped his camera and demanded the twins pick it up or they would be fed to the buffalo. They reluctantly agreed and successfully got into the buffalo enclosure they where nervous as the game shut behind them and they heard the bullies laughing and walking away. The kids where then approached by the biggest chief buffalo and his partner. The buffalo proved they where friendly and let the kids pat them the kids told them there story and the male buffalo than turned around and had his tail touch lukes face. The female did the same with annekah. The kids dropped to all fours and grew a buffalo tail they entered a trance as there bodies changed into full grown buffalo than there mind returned to normal. There was silence until annekah spoke saying thank you but why did you do this they where than told the story about there parents and that the enclosure has special magic that keeps buffalo alive forever and that they can live there life or as long as they want there. They said they wouldn’t want to be human again and would start there own family of buffalo.
