ash misty and brock are lost in the fog so decide to have a break and ash is asked to get firewood when he sees some kids asking another one harsh questions and picking on him ash interupts they discussed what they where doing when the kid named joe tells tehm about a rich bording school which he is struggling with he battles misty with a weipenbell (a grass type) but losses to mistys starmie the head student who is considered quite pretty explains the logic ash battles her with an unconventional strategy team rocket who flunked out of the school attack but fail. Ash Misty and brock continue on their journey while Joe heads home to start again.
