the 9 remaining families depart for york pensilvania and a shoe house (yes its as silly as it sounds) before having to drive to washington dc the rogers get very lost and argue over whose fault it is. the next stop is the reflecting pool but there are two in dc and several teams go to the wrong one. the next clue sends them to the tidal basin for the roadblock of having to find a certain spy for a clue. the paolos argue over stopping to get gas the next clue sends them to middleburg virgina for a detour at a cival war reaccment of either grabbing soilders or lighting up lanterns.an early mistake seals it.
