ash misty and brock have to get over the mountains to get to fuchia city when they run into a bussiness man who wants to build a dam which will take out the habitat of diglet gary oak turns up with a lot of other trainers but can’t convince the pokemon to battle the diglet meanwhile teamrocket try and evolve their pokemon and it does work giving them arbork (evolved form of ekans) and weezing (evolved form of koffing) they attack after they realise the damage it causes to the enviorment it doesn’t work and the diglet beat team rocket. Ash and friends leave the builder and continue.
