“the song of jigglypuff”
ash misty and brock arrive in neon town (a rip off of las vegas) where everyone doesn’t sleep and are angry a lot when they leave the town they run into a wild jigglypuff that likes to sing and get it to sing for them but they all fall asleep as thats what the attack does. They figure it should be used to put neon town to sleep which with the help of team rocket succeeds the jigglypuff follows ash misty and brock as they leave the town.
