the 10 teams depart the great wall on charter buses to ernhot to take the train to mongolias capital ulanbatar alll on the same train it seems the trailing teams are in good spirits and than are all equalised dustin/kandice are acting shady according to some teams. They watch a preformance before travelling in a millitary jeep into the countryside of mongolia a few teams jeeps break down the detour is either using oxes to transport water or transport a roof onto a camel both detours involve riding horses with helmets which dustin/kandice lose theres while peter/sarah switch detours twice in the one leg. Lyn/karlyn and kellie/jamies jeeps are flat and that costs them time the next clue sends them to the hotel mongolia for the roadblock firing arrows at a target peter/sarah somehow finish 1st and kellie/jamie who take a wrong turn already racing for last take the penalty but its meaningless as they are eliminated.
