ash misty and tracy arrive at the next island where the first orange isalnd gym is they run into the gym leaders brother first who is pretty annoying before meeting the acctual gym leader who explains that the gym battles in the orange islands are completly different and first they face off in a water gun test ash’s squitle versus the gym leaders sedra its a tie so they go to a wave race between lapras and the gym leaders blastoise it is close but lapras uses ice beam to win the race and give ash the gym badge. They continue their journey.
