ash misty and tracy arrive on an island known for bug type pokemon which is mistys worse nightmare. They run into a scyther who was challenged for the leadership of its swarm so tracy tries to help it regain its confidence while team rocket get attacked by the scyther destroying jessies hair making her angry. tracy catches the scyther after it saves the swarm from an angry team rocket.
