ash and friends return to pallet town where brock greets them who won’t say what happened with provessor ivy but is back ash gives his mum the trophy and than goes to professor oaks lab where tracy finally meets his hero in person and ash returns the gs ball but no one can figure out what the balls for. Team rocket attack and get a lot of things but than gary oak returns and beats them. Ash than challenges gary to a battle which he agrees.
