for bec swimming was something that she was completly scared of and living in a beach town is not very helpful as the town loves swimming and the town has a lot of manatees. Her best friend maria had a secret and wanted to help bec get over her fears using her secret. It was a really hot day when maria asked bec to go to the beach with her she said only if she doesn’t have to swim when they get to the beach a big wave suddenly takes bec out to sea she screams for help but it looks like no one can hear her and than she sees a big manatee tail come from nowhere with marias eyes so the manatee than took her to a nearby beach where she saw a lot of manatees one than kissed her and she morphed into a manatee taking away her fears maria explained what happened it happened to her when she was a baby that a manatee saved her life and made her love water but didn’t want to tell her to avoid scaring her but knew that bec had to conquer her fear bec looked at her new body and smiled they swam for quite a bit before turning back into their human forms briefly but realised it wasn’t as fun and became full manatees.
