phil explains that the first task will result in an elimination which is a first they have to find the license plate for a part of tokyo japan but there are only 11 so the team who miss out is eliminate. a few teams realise the clue in the clue but for some it is really difficult to find and eric/lisa are eliminated. They race to tokyo tower studios for a roadblock of sushi roulette where you have to spin a wheel and if you land on wasabi and eat it in 2 minutes you get your clue or else you have to spin again if you don’t land on wasabi you still have to eat the sushi a few teams struggle with the wassabi the next clue asks them to take a bunch of tourists from the studio through shibuya to the pit stop a shrine. Maria/tiffany work with sam/dan but most teams work on their own meaghen/cheyne who where first to eat the wasabi find the pit stop 1st winning them a trip to aspen and vail. A few of the teams have trouble with keeping track of their locals garret/jessica have one of theirs in the toilet mika/cannan have a very slow one but maria/tiffany have to take a penalty for losing 2 already in last it is a 2 hour penalty but its a non-elim so they are still in.
