They go straight into a quiz reward challenge won by phih-gee for a trip to shaolin temple and picks erik and denise to go on reward with her. those not on reward are told by james to commit to final 4 but amanda is concerned its not the right move. Amanda approaches courtney about blindsiding james (even though james has 2 hidden immunity idols). Erik tells james about todd being a threat. The immunity challenge is throwing ninja stars won by erik. Todd agrees to vote out james but is worried about the idol phih-gee knowing shes the decoy vote throws her vote on todd as a fail safe and tells erik to do it as well. at tribal james doesn’t play an idol and despite phih-gees comments james is voted out 5-1-1 (erik votes with fei long) it is the first time someone is voted out with 1 idol let alone 2 (it won’t happen to someone with 2 idols again till season 39).
