ash and friends continue their journey when ash sees a rhydon surfing which shocks them until a woman admits that its real and that she wants to catch it to help with a construction project that water is stopping. Team rocket stop it though and try and steal the rhydon with no luck though. In the end petra (the woman) gets the rhydons respect and uses it.
