the pikachu turns out to be ritchies who has also been investigating the legendry pokemon they run into a boy who is swiming with his lanturn and a mysterious pokemon which team rocket are after turns out to be a baby lugia the boy had whose parent is near by but butch and cassidy help try and steal it for team rocket much to jessie and james annoyance they get the baby but not the big one yet.
