members of team rocket annie and oakley are after a jewel called the soul gem in a place of altomare where ash and misty are competing in a gondola race which misty wins after ash gets thrown off course. ash runs into a weird girl who flees from annie and oakleys pokemon turns it is the legendary latias who often decides to look like a girl called bianca (there is a real girl in town called bianca). ash visit latias and latios in a secret garden when they found the secret. But annie and oakleys plan works originally taking all the water out when they destroy the soul gem so latios sacrificies itself to save the town from another disaster after ash and friends help beat annie and oakley. at the end of the movie bianca kisses ash as they leave alto mare.
