after tribal morale on foafoa is low and the rain has been constant only russell h is working and enjoying it jaison says he wishes he was stronger. russell h and jaison lie in the water getting warm. russell s is the only one doing anything on galu in the conditions as the rest of the tribe try and stay warm. the tribe are still annoyed about the deciison not to get a tarp but like his work etthic which is pushing himself a bit too far and starts getting weak. the weather is still hurting foafoa but not as much even mick is hiding in a tree. in fact only the russells are working. galu are woken up to a rainbow which encourages them which erik was praying for something like this. at the challenge which sees one tribe member straped into a sphere guiding blindfolded tribe members to a table maze and than they have to solve it the reward is pizza thats the good news the bad news it will be at tribal council where both tribes will vote someone out. russell s wants to play so galu sit out monica, kelly, shambo and dave. liz and laura are the navigators both tribes start well foafoa take the lead but than get offcourse so galu are in the lead until they hit the tree so the lead changes again russell s gets exhausted foafoa get to the maze first. russell s is than disoriented and is on the verge of collapsing than he does collapse while foafoa continue to get a good lead on the table maze than russell s collapses so they call medical. medical is very worried about russells condition which has dave worried. russell s is out of it and is blood preasure is really low. the reward is cancelled the challenge is over and will still have tribal. galu are expeciting russell s to be pulled from the game. originally shambo would be galus target but the guys think monica would be better and it hurts some of the tribe strategically. russell s is offically pulled from the game due to his medical condition and his heart rate drops from 97 to 68. on foafoa liz is clearly the vote and is dissapointed about the situation she knows its the girls on the block. russell affirms to natalie to vote out liz and will work on mick and jaison. jaison is demoralised about the loss. on galu monica and shambo want to vote each other out despite shambo tring to plead her case to monica and kelly. the guys want to vote out monica and think shambos no threat. the guys approach shambo to get the key vote against monica eriks pitch is to stay consistant. at tribal both tribes enter together for the first time pre merge ever. shambo is sad about what happened to russell s. russell h says its helpful but it isn’t good how he went out. dave says its an eye opener to him. erik tells his story of the tree trunk. shambo says she won’t quit. the rain pours and it gives fear to erik. dave thinks that galu is ahead despite the challenge. russell says attitude is fine and they can comeback mick says it was a morale victory which annoys erik the comment but it wasn’t a complete tie. the vote at tribal is cancelled sparing liz and monica. erik says its good news that the vote is off but its still bad. russell says its the best news he’s heard which erik has a odd reaction. galu will have to elect a new leader. russell s is disappointed in himself for being medivaced.
next time galu try and keep shambo in the fold but a conflict between her and laura makes it tough.
