7 teams depart liongwe after an overnight stay depart by bus to another town selima and the next clues there and a double u-turn this leg. andy/tommy want another legit first place. the first bus is 7am for a 2 hour trip ernie/cindy still have the express pass they are on the same bus all the teams. the experience is good for the teams the next clue is the roadblock of delivering a passenger carrying fish to a adress and than get money and than deliver it. lawence, jennifer, cindy, cathi, sandy and andy take the roadblock amani/marcus speed bump is solving the malawi flag as a slide puzzle. the bikes aren’t easy to use. cindy delivers first while amani/marcus struggle at the puzzle. teams start to deliver the fish cindy finishes 1st and its a detour of “dug out” participating in a canoe race “lug out” delivering items like the locals on their head the later is easier. ernie/cindy take the canoe task as does andy/tommy who are 2nd. marcus takes the roadblock. jennifer is confused when she delivers the fish and forgets where to go dropping behind sandy and lawence who where behind them before. cathi finishes next. most teams do the canoes. marcus passes jennifer at the task as the lead teams get to the canoe. ernie/cindy struggle compared to andy/tommy so they use the express pass so they don’t get u-turned. jennifer is very lost and behind and figures it out. the u-turn is at the jamaica shack. bill/cathi start on the canoes as does lawence/zac and jeremy/sandy. ernie/cindy can’t find the u-turn its tough to spot. justin/jennifer finallly finish the roadblock. andy/tommy finish the detour in 2nd place. ernie/cindy don’t u-turn the clue sends them to the pitstop on lake milawi the sunbird livinstonia. ernie/cindy have to get their bags andy/tommy don’t u-turn. amani/marcus do well at the carrying challenge. bill/cathi are next and don’t u-turn. in a close foot race andy/tommy get 1st for the fifth time just ahead of ernie/cindy and win 15000 dollars from discover card (7500 dollars each). amani/marcus work on the carrying detour as lawence/zac finish the detour and want to u-turn. justin/jennifer are still not at the detour. lawence/zac get lost on the way to jamaica shack allowing amani/marcus to critically pass them and they don’t u-turn lawence/zac waste it on amani/marcus. justin/jennifer are just at the detour while jeremy/sandy. are lost justin/jennifer take the canoes. no one else uses the u-turn. jeremy/sandy beat justin/jennifer who are eliminated.
