the next day russell is worried about how lazy his tribe is and are not ready to stop brett winning immunity and is worried about this hurting their chances. mick and jaison discuss the situation and think that russell could have no problem voting natailie off if neeeded and jaison is worried about brett winning again. russell tells natalie she could be in trouble if brett wins. russell is overconfident about beating brett. russell says it is still foafoa v galu brett says it is a motivator. the immunity challenge is racing through a few obstacles to get pieces for a puzzle they have to solve. jaison falls behind early mick falls off the ballance beam. russell has the early lead but its close. jaison is 2nd with brett not far behind but its close. the puzzle is tough but brett makes quick work on it jaison isn’t even close at this point but everyone else is not too far. brett wins again in a close race with mick and russell meaning foafoa have to turn on each other. after the challenge natalie is worried about whats going to happen as she is the weakest but russell considers changing it to mick or jaison (mick for being a jury threat jaison for being weak). it is a tough call who to vote out russell pleads his case to jaison to vote out mick. russell also pleas to mick to vote out jaison. russell and natalie have to deicde which way to go. at tribal jaison says that the reality hit in when brett won immunity. natalie says there is two approaches the main goal is to beat brett. jaison says there a lot of people who could get jury votes. mick says his mindset is brett infront of jury means a million dollars for him. brett says he has been not holding back in challenges it just has been his strengths. russell is worried about not being able to beat galu jaison says the goal is to win. brett says he would have earned the spot in the end. brett keeps the necklace and in the end jaison is voted out 4-1 over mick and becomes the 8th juror. jaison says he won’t be voting for russell at the end. brett says its a miracle to still be in the game this late. russell offers a deal to brett to make sure if brett wins immunity he is safe. russell is still overconfident he will win if he wins the final challenge. treemail indicates the rite of passage. marissa says that because of the men where gunning for her is why she lost. mike says the conditions where why he struggled. betsy says being there rekindled her desire for adventure. ben says he was misinterpreted. yazmin says she did good despite having no camping experience (and won’t go again). ashley says her strategy was to make a strong alliance and blames russell h. russell s says it was demoralising being pulled from the game for medical reasons. liz says she learnt about patience. erik says experiencing betryal but was content because it brought down the tribe. kelly says that men are terrified of woman. laura says being older didn’t hurt her in the game. john says being part of a team was hard. dave says he isn’t easy to get along with but can be warm and compasionite. monica (who russell says the fakest person here) talks about challenges. shambo says about being allianated and disrespected but it was a good experience. jaison says his experience was difficult but got through it. the final immunity challenge is holding a wooden statue on a pole adding more pole every few minutes if the statue falls off you lose last pereson wins immunity. the first few rounds don’t have issues and it takes a while for any issues. mick is the first to drop natalie follows not long after. its down to russell v brett at 6 feet the wind starts to pick up at one point brett recovers they add more to make it 7 feet. brett starts to wobble but recovers the first time than russell starts to wobble but brett drops so russell wins immunity. russell knows he thinks he has won and knows he is in the final 3. mick was very happy that brett lost. brett knows his only hope is getting russell to a 2-2 tie between brett and mick. russell is honest with brett that he will break a promise with someone. natalie calls mick paranoid but it doesn’t mean anything. brett is still worried about the situation. russell is worried about jury votes and the situation and is considering keeping brett. russell says it is how he wanted the final challenge to go. brett says that he thought russell would be the one to beat him. mick knows that bretts gone natalie agrees. russell says he respects the game enough to keep him but doesn’t think its a good move. mick says its a good case but doesn’t agree natalie isn’t supprised about what was said. brett is a bit worried but says it would earn respect from the jury. in the end brett is voted out 3-1 over mick becoming the 9th and final juror. on day 39 they are releaved to be at the end and enjoy the breakfast. russell is still overconfident but is happy who he bought to the end. russell explains his strategy mick says he needs to be reminded that he needed them. russell thinks he has the money in the bag. micks opening speach is about moral leeway and saying about being an underdog but doesn’t say much at all. natalie says why she came and how it was about a confidenice and is polite. russell says he had his goal was to make it to the end and big strategic moves signaling out his moves against marissa and betsy he explains how he played the game as well as why he broke his deal with john getting rid of brett was his biggest move. jaison goes first of the jurors and asks them about how much money they earn and what they do. natalie says she is unemployed from pharamasutical sales. russell says he is a bussinessman that has become successful. mick says he finished medical school and is in debt. jaison says they haven’t lied but says that need isn’t a factor. shambo goes next saying she would apologise for breaking up galu and calls mick “Feckless” (a word he doesn’t know what it means). natalie “coattail” but natalie defends herself and talks about the agressive players went out early shambo says she will almost certainly vote for russell. brett asks mick about a bro date which is the oddest question ever i’m not going to describe it. kelly tells natalie that she always called for help alot but natalie defends her strategy, russell is asked about his real life and russell says that he isn’t a liar in the real life and says honor, integrity and loyality is his real life moto. monica says russell played some big moves and says natalie and mick missed passion mick says natalie doesn’t desrve it because she did nothing during the game russell because of his strategy is why they shouldn’t vote for them russell defends himself by responding. dave asks about their chances with russell saying his odds are best but is less than it was. laura asks about russell learned that made her a target russell says she was the biggest threat socially and strategically. mick answerrs johns question about his strategy pretty poorly. he asks natalie about coattail riding she defends her strategy. erik gives a speech saying mick did nothing as leader of foafoa to earn a vote, russell is said to have nothing in common with erik and played an unethical game. and gives a speech in favour of natalie saying she is the most deserving. the jury than votes for the winner and natalie wins 7-2-0 (with shambo and john voting for russell no one votes for mick). at the reunion natalie’s story is explained and took a big riskto get a big return and says it has had a positive impact and a humbling experience she says that her strategy was working with russell as a team but she was more subtle and her social game was the difference. russell doesn’t agree with it at all saying that he had a good social game. we find out that if russell could have won against jaison and shambo in a close vote. russell says it keeps him up at night and tries to buy the title of soul survivor for originally 10000 dollars (later 100000 dollars). erik is asked for some prespecitive and says that natalie desrves it and says russell didn’t play a better game. jaison is asked as well and says it is like real life and saying that its about team work his answer leads to more sock burning. shambo is getting a positive reaction from people we are asked about her hairstyle being over 20 years ago and also asks about what happened with her and laura. dave is asked about bonds that last. brett is asked about how he felt falling a challenge short. they talk about russell s medivac which was very scary at the time he is glad to be there. russell tries to buy the title for 100000 dollars but failed. russell h wins the fan favourite award over brett and shambo. we catch up with the early bots. we get a preview for season 20 and some of the biggest characters are mentioned after some flashbacks to big moments. well only some of them will be back next season.
