10 teams depart shanghai china for surbaya indonesia by plane and to alun alun stadium for their next clue the clue indicates the express pass. abbie/ryan are a bit scared about being 1st. amy/daniel are a bit bummed about being 2nd last leg. caitlin/britany are confused thinking you can take a taxi to indonesia. the best flight is via jarkata that all the teams except rob/kelly take (they go via hong kong with a longer layover). rob/kelly are overconfiden that they have a good flight they don’t. in jarkata james/abba somehow get a quicker flight from jarkata to surbaya by 70 minutes giving them the lead. meanwhile rob/kelly still think they could be in the lead. teams have to sign up for the morning’s task. natalie/nadiya get along with trey/lexi already. the next clue indicates bull races starting at 8am with james/abba getting the 1 while some teams are confused later. amy/daniel get 2 abbie/ryan get 3, jaymes/james, trey/lexi, natalie/nadiya, (they are in an alliance), josh/brent, caitlin/brittany, gary/will in that order than rob/kelly who land later are 10. the bull racing task isn’t very hard as you don’t have to beat them on a motorcycle as its not even a close race. the next clue sends them to a bridge and their next clue. the next clue is the roadblock of operating a amusement ride of pedaling a machine while making ballons and putting them on heads. james (of james/abba) does the roadblock in the lead. amy takes the roadblock for her team. abbie takes the roadblock. lexi takes the roadblock. jaymes/james thinks they are scary as usual can’t tell yet who did the task. lexi does well at multi tasking same with amy. jaymes is doing the roadblock. nadiya takes the roadblock. with some teams its not clear still. rob takes the roadblock. lexi finishes 1st sending them to a motor shop and their next clue with amy finishing 2nd and nadiya 3rd. and james and jaymes and abbie finish quickly. josh takes the roadblock. caitlin is doing the roadblock as is will. meanwhile amy/daniel are lost in a cab. the next clue is a detour with trey/lexi in the lead just ahead of natalie/nadiya. “ice by the pound” requires sliding ice and than delivering 10 things of ice and than deliver them to a market. “fish by the barrell” at the same market they must sort fish using their hands. all teams except natalie/nadiya choose ice the twins do well though at the fish. caitlin finishes in 8th and rob passes will putting gary/will in last and are having trouble with the task and need to calm down. amy/daniel are still lost finding the dfetour clue as are rob/kelly. while trey/lexi load the ice. natalie/nadiya do well at the fish though and finish 1st as more teams are lost such as james/abba. jaymes/james are 3rd to the detour clue ahead of abbie/ryan. meanwhile will finally finishes the roadblock. josh/brent are suddenly 5th getting the detour clue. natalie/nadiya are doing ok at the fish while trey/lexi are close behind at the ice but the twins get the clue 1st sending them to the pitstop to win the express pass in the market. trey/lexi are a close 2nd. the order continues to be shuffled going into the detour with bad cab drivers makinga difference. jaymes/james are 3rd not far ahead of abbie/ryan who are having trouble loading the ice but are still 4th josh and brent are not far behind. teams are losing it at their cabs and locals. gary/will are atleast close to the detour clue. james/abba finish the detour in 6th ahead of caitlin/britany but not by much as the trailing teams show up at the detour with amy/daniel way behind and aren’t there yet when they show up still have a chance but not a big chance. caitlin/britany eventually finish the ice in 7th. rob/kelly are 8th ahead of gary/will and amy/daniel. gary/will get the pitstop clue before amy/daniel sealing the laters fate. amy/daniel are eliminated a bit unlucky but thats the way it goes.
