7 teams stay in dhaka bangledesh during the pitstop james/abba find some bad news about james dad and finds out it is stage 4 cancer and no chance of remision. but they decide to stay in the race. the first clue sends them to a produce market and a eggplant vender who has the next clue. as dhaka is very crowded james/abba get their taxi to wait the next clue sends them to ferry ghat road and a bridge. there is only a dollar for this leg ryan wants the record for the most leg wins (good luck with that you are 2 hours off the lead despite being 2nd). james/abba get to the roadblock in 1st which is lifting and weighing wood to a certain amount with rocks as a counterballance they also have to make the scale. james/abba make a mistake at the knots the first time due to the lashing ropes. abbie/ryan and natalie/nadiya grab cabs (natalie/nadiya call abbie/ryan bad white people) they work together to find the place in the bazar. kelly is a barrell racer appartently. james/abba set up the scale before any team turns up and finish the task as well before anyone turns up the next clue is the detour of “straw dogs” requires teams to help manufacter a juke bag and untangle the fibres and transport them. “bamboo jungle” requires teams to collect bamboo and deliver it to a construction site grabbing 40 and loading them onto a freight rickshaw. james/abba choose the bamboo. while other teams can’t find a cab. abbie takes the roadblock due to the confusing clue. nadiya takes the roadblock as well. ryan is sick of the twins at this point. teams can’t get cabs at this point as josh/brent are very lost. james/abba spend time looking for the marked bamboo but the bamboo is heavy. meanwhile the rivaliry between abbie/ryan and the twins continues to increase. nadiya finishes the set up before abbie. jaymes/james jump from 6th to 4th. trey/lexi catch up to josh/brent at the cabs. the heat and humdity is quite bad and effects the teams. kelly takes the roadblock. natalie/nadiya take the bamboo. jaymes takes the roadblock. as the heat hurts teams and the task gets trickier the last two teams are still at the eggplant place. abbie/ryan take the otherr detour. trey takes the roadblock. brent takes the roadblock. natalie/nadiya start on the bamoo task and hurt a local by mistake. james/abba are sent to the pitstop in 1st a place ending in gundagar. abbie/ryan start on the jute task which impresses them they have trouble with the heat despite being indoors. trey makes up time at the roadblock while brent is having trouble. kelly also does the construction part well but trey/lexi are 5th to the detour and pick bamboo. james/abba are 1st to the pitstop and win a trip to malaysia and admit they are emotional. the bamboo task takes it toll on jaymes/james. trey/lexi start on the bamboo as brent is struggling with the roadblock. the bamboo task is quite physically exhausting. abbie/ryan finish the jute but still have to carry it and finish the detour in 2nd place having passed natalie/nadiya. brent is still failing at the scales and has to drink water to stay in it. natalie/nadiya start to head the construction site but the bike is tough. jaymes/james are quite exhausted and are getting weaker. brent finally finishes the roadblock and chooses the bamboo. natalie/nadiya are 3rd to finish the detour. jaymes/james are making an error with the size of the bamboo. the rickshaw is tricky for lexi. jaymes/james are having a lot of trouble carrying the bamboo but made a mistake losing 3 of there bamboo and are on the verge of collapse. rob/kelly and trey/lexi finish the detour well. the trailing guy teams are having a lot of trouble. jaymes/james are still 6th to finish the task and get to the pitstop despite falling. josh/brent are last but its a non-elimination leg but must complete a speed bump in the next leg.
