krista arives on redemption island and is excited about seeing matt and they bond on their faith. on zapatera stephenie knows she is next and steve is upset he got votes. stephenie says it was about keeping the tribe strong which is odd. steve says he has to dig depper at this point. on omtepe the girls are annoying phillip by being lazy and wasting time doing a spa day. phillip asks the girls to check on the fire every 30 minutes leading to more friction with them. on redemption island they find kristas bible and they lead to bonding between matt and krista. the duel is watched by andrea and natalie julie and mike. the challenge is using grapling hooks to grab 3 bags to grab balls to then solve a table maze winner stays in loser out. krista takes her time but gets her first bag matt is not far behind. krista gets her 2nd bag on her 2nd toss matt gets his 2nd. krista gets her third bag with three. matt gets his third as krista starts on the ball with matt just behind but drops one early as krista does well but matt closes in and now is neck and neck but mat t takes the lead as krista drops and that gurrantees matt victory. krista gives matt her bible. julie and mike are over the top happy to lose krista. andrea is worried about the image of matt changing. sarita is getting on her tribes nurves with injuries in her teeth. david works on stephenie to try and replace sarita in the alliance which has people worried. phillip says its the calm before the storm but is annoyed at the girls (the girls compre him to a dictator). phillip even crosses the line with his arguments even a little misagonistic (although they consider ti a accomplishment). rob tries to calm phillip down for team unity. stephenie tries to apologise to steve about the vote but it doesn’t work. the challenge is for reward/immunity but before the challenge mike says they both want to win. the challenge is launching balls into the air to be caught by tribe members the reward is a trip to a bay to enjoy a picnic. sarita sits out. stephenie and david are the launchers against natalie and phillip. the match ups are grant v mike rob v steve andrea v julie and ashley v ralph. grant gets the first point 1-0. zapatera can’t connect grant gets it 2-0. ralph just misses grant again gets it 3-0. grant finally mises but rob steals a point 4-0 grants shirt is destroyed so he tears it off. grant just mises as does rob so its still 4-0. grant wins it the next round 5-0 omtepe win. stephenie is not happy about going back to tribal steve is worried about the decision being the wrong one. on reward omtepe enjoy the big feast. and rob gets rid of the idol clue the statue there is of jesus. rob and grant get spotted by phillip in the act. at zapaterra they are not happy about the loss david wants sarita gone for strength. sarita wants stephenie gone and doesn’t want to campaign. stephnie pleas to julie. david says they need to focus on winning and are arguing about the vote. its a tossup between challenges and loyality. david says they are paying the price for throwing the challenge. ralph says they didn’t play well today and says he would have been better shooting. sarita says she would have liked to but it was physical had her worried. an agrument between sarita and stephenie about the challenge. steve says there are positives either way. in the end david and stephenie vote for sarita but the tribe send stephenie to redemption 5-2.
