8 teams depart lisbon for norway svolvar by plane and ferry equalising all the teams. tim/marie talk about giving the express pass to nicole/travis at some point as the fair thing to go. the next clue is a detour of “hang your heads” of stringing together 6 bundles and transport them to drying racks. “hammer the cods” requires teams to collect cod and then pound them to make 1 kilo of fish jerkey. it is confusing especially being the middle of the night but sunny. the detour is quite tricky as is finding places as nicole/travis work with jason/amy. tim/danny are the only ones doing the cods appartently and are using their skills at climbing to their advantage. teams finish the task. nicky/kim finally turn up at the cods. tim/marie miss the marking on the poll and put it on the wrong one costing them the lead but jason/amy are right though as is brandon/adam the clue sends them by boat to henisgwater and a clue. tim/marie figure out the mistake. nicky/kim are having a lot of trouble. the roadblock is swinging on a rope and than plunge into the cold water. jason is doing the roadblock behind brandon/adam more teams start the roadblock. brandon is doing it. the next clue asks teams to move a bolder with a truck to reveal the pitstop and viking coins. tim is doing the roadblock for tim/marie. nicole is doing the roadblock. nicky/kim are still back at the detour taking a long time as tim/danny finally finish the detour in 7th. ashley is doing the roadblock. jamal is doing the roadblock. the ‘pitstop’ is viking longhouse tim/marie miss the pitstop clue costing them time as they are lost. as more teams finish the car task. with tim/danny now in 6th ahead of the girls. brandon/adam are 1st to the “pitstop” winning 5000 dollars each but its not a real pitstop (not that it stops them being excited). tim/marie run into nicole/travis and the later ask for the express pass.
