6 teams depart parlemo for malta by boat. and deliver drinks from a bar up the stairs to some knights. they all end up on the same boat. the teams agree to u-turn kym/alli at the first chance due to their threat status and the fact that they are a threat. the first task is tricky ballancing the drinks. amy/maya have the most trouble carrying it as teams drop it and have to clean it up misti/jim also drop. even getting close is not good enough as bethany realises. the wind wouldn’t help at all as more teams drop the drinks. kym/alli are 1st to finish the task the next clue sends them to a sea intlet and a boat house to sign up for the morning brooke/robbie are just behind. misti/jim are 3rd at this point. brooke/robbie lose time getting a cab putting them behind. amy/maya can’t ballance it. kym/alli tim/tejay get the first departure time (the guys aren’t happy not to have their speed bump there) amy/maya are qutie behind. misti/jim are 3rd to get the first time. amy/maya take 6 attempts at the drinks they are 15 minutes behind. the next task is jumping into the blue grottou for their next clue misti is doing the roadblock as is bethany, amy, robbie, alli and tim. tim is quite scared of the task. the swimming part isn’t too hard. the next clue sends them to a church for their next clue. as often is the case brooke/robbie are last out of the roadblock as kym/alli get the detour clue which is a blind detour “flag is running on a thing over the water and catch two flags. or “shine” shining a shield. the flag task is close to impossible as kym/alli find out. tim/tejay realise they missed the clue and haven’t done their speed bump yet either (which is painting a cross). the detour clue is hard to find though and misti/jim are confused as well they choose shine easily. amy/maya choose shine while adam/bethany use the express pass on the flag detour so they are well in 1st place (they think it looked fun but would be there for hours). fort manoel is the pitstop. teams attempt flag (including amy/maya) but its quite hard with the wind. amys injury makes them switch detours. brooke/robbie have a lot of trouble at shield and consider switching (they are quite silly). adam/bethanys prize is 10000 dollars each. misti/jim are 2nd out of the detour as tim/tejay can’t get the flag. brooke/robbie end up trying the flag detour which is stupid. kym/alli get it 3rd and amy/maya get it 4th. tim/tejays stubborness at not switching detours and eventually do giving them a chance at catching brooke/robbie but its too late and are eliminated.
