at redemption island btandon says he got blindsided but also gave up immunity and is not quite happy. ozzy says it was obvious what would happen when he gave up the immunity necklace.sophie is quite happy about what happened and says that albert is playing the jury already. coach is quite annoyed at albert at this point. treemail indicates the last duel between ozzy and brandon to get back into the game. the challenge is ozzys speciality holding onto a pole for the longest winner is back in the game loser is out (ozzy won this challenge in cook islands). the difference is the foothold is narrower this time. ozzy is getting no support from the tribe while brandon is still getting support. both guys are having trouble brandon is moving more than ozzy and brandon loses so ozzy is back in the game. sophie is worried about ozzy going on an immunity run. albert says the only chance they have is beating ozzy in challenges. coach though wants to keep the deal with ozzy he made earlier. coach is overconfident that the game is his to lose at this point in terms of the jury vote. the final 5 immunity challenge is building a house of cards while keeping it ballanced first to reach the finish line wins. early on albert and rick are struggling while sophie does well but uses too many pieces giving ozzy a chance as coach drops. the challenge is between ozzy and sophie. when sophie loses her stack she asks albert for help which is not allowed. coach is back in it as ozzy gets riskier and sophie fails again. its between ozzy and coach and ozzy wins immunity meaning the mjaority have to turn on each other. ozzy though tries to pit people against each other. the vote is between rick and sophie (Rick for being liked and loyal sophie is still a threat for votes). albert knows he is in the middle at this point. coach lies to rick about his vote. albert is told by ozzy about coach’s plans after he brings up voting rick and tells coach which hurts ozzys chances. that night is the last night to play the idol so coach knows he is safe. albert says challenge strength is important sophie thinks she is as well. rick says hes not a threat in challenges. ozzy outs coachs plan at this point this could hurt the game and gets sophie frustrated about what people are saying on redemption. sophie ends up breaking down. in the end rick is blindsided 3-2 over sophie (ozzy votes for sophie with rick). rick is quite upset and turns down a hug from coach. ozzy is quite happy to be in the final 4. sophie is quite annoyed at ozzy though. ozzys plan is if he wins to force sohpie and albert to make fire ozzy admits the game does things to him and has been hurt. ozzy knows he will need to win immunity. the final immunity challenge is a big maze to grab puzzle pieces than solve a puzzle. ozzy starts well as usual getting the first bag and the 2nd. ozzy leads with coach in 2nd. albert making it hard for sophie which is a bit over the top. ozzy has 4 when sophie only has 2. ozzy still has a big lead getting the last bag but the puzzle is difficulty. coach gets back with all 5 bags 2nd and sophie is starting on the puzzle. ozzy though is having trouble on the puzzle sophie takes the lead and gets on a roll until the 4th piece giving ozzy a chance. albert and coach have nothing as ozzy breifly catches sophie. but sophie pulls ahead to win the challenge. ozzy knows he is going home due to being the biggest threat but tries to get coach to put him against albert in a tie breaker. coach calls sophie the new dragon slayer. coach is worried about the decision. at tribal sophie is quite happy to have immunity and says its amazing. ozzy is dissappointed to fall short again. coach says he wants to take the strong to the end and says its a dilema because of how ozzy has gotten there. in the end ozzy is voted out 3-1 over albert (interestingly his first vote against him). the final 3 are quite happy (although there celebration of having an ozzy-free camp is over the top). albert is confident he can win the jury. the opening statements albert says he is humbled to be in this position and says the social game was the most important. sophie says she outplayed in challenges and played a good strategical game. coach says he had an uphill battle and took a different strategy than last time. for the first question ozzy says the game is not decided but no one wants to vote for them he still thinks sophie is a brat but thinks she can change, albert didn’t do anything too amazing, coach gets credit for getting to the end as a veteran. jim asks albert why the others shouldn’t win but gives a poor answer and says coach wasn’t the leader they where and says sophie wasn’t social player. dawn asks sophie about the alliance and strategy, sophie says coach was the equilivant of a young girl and explains that the strategies. rick tells coach that he broke his word he also attacks albert for taking the necklace and not helping. sophie is critiercisesd for lying. brandon also attacks coach for not keeping his word coach replies by saying he raised the standards. albert is asked if he knew about the blindside the answer is yes but he says no. whitney calls albert sleazy and not making a big move was costly. coach was critiercised for manupliating while calls sophie condesending. edna says manupliation was the key ingredient and says religioin was why and says people shouldn’t feel duped. keith asks coach about the hidden immunity idol and saying he would have used it at the 6-6 tie sophie tells everyone that it was found by coach but with sophie and albert with them it was true to keep brandon under control. cocheran says he was a fan of coach and is impressed with the game but the honsety bit turns him off we hear a bit about his strategy. in the end sophie wins 6-3-0 over coach and albert (rick, edna and cocheran vote for coach). next up the reunion show. sophie had a feeling she had won but wasn’t sure and figuring out the strategy she is also from a town of 1500. coach is said to be more likable this time and says it was joyous this time he also asked about his faith. coach says making promises is key to who to take to the end. ozzy says the reason he played again was his love of nature and is impressed with sophie. ozzy also says the money doesn’t matter as much as the experience. ozzy says his only regret was not giving cocheran the idol. cocheran is said he was poloarazing he says younger people like him more than adults. brandon says he will improve his life and being reminded of his past when he is asked about family reaction he says not everyone is happy especially russell (who defends himself in the audience). ozzy wins the fanfavourite award by a record margin over the 2nd place finisher cocheran. keith/whitney are now dating (we found that out later on the amazing race which they go on). jim says his advice his trust peoples motivations. we get a preview for next season with one island in play.
