22 strangers meet at the starting line not yet in pairs where they must do a task before being partnered. they must find the panama flag which if you do quickly get to pick your partner first. jesse/franchesca are already arguing at some point. joey is the only one to get it wrong first. becca is quite happy and has a funometer. seth is first just ahead of matt. olive is the first woman to finish. now to the teams picking.

the express pass is randomly in one luggage and there are two flights to panama. unfortunately becca/floyd get the express pass (they are commonly known as team fun). seth is gay the first stop is driving to the miraflories locks by car. liz/michael alomst immediately can’t navigate. the first stop is the panama canal the next clue sends them to the discovery center in the rainforest center. the 2nd flight is an hour delayed. the next task is a detour of “shoot” hitting targets with a blow and arrow or “scout” race a dugout canoe against a professional (only becca/floyd finish shoot). the scout task is 400 meters. brooke/scott try shoot but don’t get it and switch. seth/olive finish scout and are sent to the pitstop in panama city under a flag. london/logan try shoot but switch. matt/redmond get the detour done quickly. kevin/jenn are quite behind. more teams switch or finish detours. liz/michael struggle but stay in the race by finishing kevin/jenn though run out of time because of it being dark and the 2 hour penalty sends them home.
