Poetry in Motion: Teams would get onto the back of a ‘flying tube’ being towed behind a speeding boat through the nearby waters. While on the wild ride, teams would have to memorize a tongue twister poem. a few teams mainly chris/bret try the gold coins but no one gets it so they all do the poetry which is a bit easier than looking for a needle in the haystack type task. chris/bret lose their lead badly at the detour falling from 1st to last. nicole/victor almost take the lead at the detour as tyler/khorey don’t memorise it the first time. the last flight is 91 minutes late. the next clue sends teams to a pallace where nicole/victor are in the lead now with tyler/khorey just behind. the next task is a roadblock of
Once at this ancient establishment, teams found a Roadblock clue. Who’s ready to get their marching orders? The chosen team member had to watch a group of 18 Roman soldiers moving around in formation. Five of them would be wearing a red ribbon on their helmet. At the end of the sequence, all of the soldiers would stand in place and hide behind their shields, and the team member would be tasked with identifying where the five soldiers with ribbons were standing. several teams work together on the roadblock as its quite tricky. the pitstop is a harbour they must row to in a dingy. tyler/khorey win their 4th straight leg and a trip to mexico ahead of nicole/victor. chris/brets detour choice ends their race despite colin/christie making an error in leaving their gnome.
