officer jenny explains that ash and friends as well as team rocket didn’t get off the st anne and leads a memorial service but they are still alive. ash is upside down due to the incident but they are ok mostly and the boat has sunk team rocket are delusional but alive thinking they are on a beach and then realise they are in the boat and are scared about what happened and they use ekans acid attack to open a hole which is stupid and won’t help them at all. misty sends goldeen to find a way out and goldeen finds team rocket and they agree to a truce to get out of the ship alive after realising that using the pokemon to battle would only make the situation worse due to the ballancing of the ship. they use brocks onix to make a staircase to help them get to the next floor they than find the powers off but charmander lights the way towards the engine rooom but they have to avoid a fire which has already damaged the stair case they use bulbasaur to help get through. when they make a hole in the engine room they use water type pokemon to get out ash and friends get out quickly but team rocket have trouble. At this point james reveals he still has his magikarp which can’t swim so it makes harder to get out. ash sends pidgeotto to find land and finds team rocket unconcicious but alive. they are starving and want to eat magikarp which is a bad idea as its only scales and bones so james kicks it into the ocean but than magikarp evolves into gyrados and starts to attack them. misty tries to lead them away from gyrados but it doesn’t work and they are hit by a dragon rage attack which creates a cyclone will they survive.
