a boeing 737 departs sharmel shake egypt in the early morning for cario and paris in january 2004 under the command of a veteran captain and a junior fo the 5am departure isn;’t for veryone afmaily cancelled at the last minute there tickets. flash airlines was a controversal low cost carrier that had safety issues in the low cost carrier. the cockpit also has a third pilot who is learning ot be a fo. one of the instruments isn’t working but doesn’t need fixing and the pilots laugh it off at the expense of the fo. the climb out in the dark starts normal but than during a turn over the red sea the plane starts to bank weirdly to the right when the plane should be going left. the plane starts to lose control with the captain losing vcontrol of the plane nothing they do works and they crash into the red sea killing everyone on board. despite rumors of a terrist attack due to being in the sinai and the biritsh pm holidaying there it is quickly ruled out. the investigation looks at the pilots and the airline and find deficencies in both with training being critercised as well as the actions of the crew not speaking up to the captain during the problem. the crew where also suffering from vertigo which lead to the turn going out of control.the crash ends flash airlines operations as they had already been proven unsafe and banned from a few countries this led to the eu blacklist of airlines.
