ash and friends are on the outskirts of stone town when they find an eevee tied to a tree which has the potentional to evolve into 3 different pokemon but this one has a trainer which ash and friends head to stone town to return it and find a big party for pokemon that evolve with evoultion stones. team rocket are watching the party as well. we meet 3 brothers who know the eevee their fourth brother is mikey who is not happy about the idea of evolving eevee but his brothers won’t listen and want mikeys to evolve. ash stands up for mikey against the brothers over evolving pokemon. misty meanwhile lets horsea swim and talks to mikey about standing up to his brothers as she has 3 sisters of her own. but before he tries to tell them his opinion at this point team rocket attack to steal the pokemon and the food (but not psyduck) pidgeotto takes down the balloon but its a decoy but mistys horsea leaves a trail which helps them find it. team rocket try and force eevee to evolve by using all 3 stones at once but ash finds them and during the battle they get eevee to safety with help from the brothers beat team rocket with eevee finishing them off. mikey convinces his brothers to keep eevee as it is which they agree to keep having the party.
next time a snorlax won’t wake up cutting water to a town.
