a private jet is in trouble and can’t communicate with the ground on its way on a delivery flight in brazil heading to the us when they suddenly lose their wing tip and control of the plane they make a landing at an air force base with no fatalities but find they had hit at 37000 feet a boeing 737 that ended up crashing killing all on the 737. the cause was confusion over the legacy private jets altitude and the crew putting their feet on the transponder controls by accident.
next time a 747 self destructs in flight that is season 7 prmier (we are skipping 6 and 8 due to them not covering new crashes).
