an atr-72 is circuling outside of chicago near roselawn indiana on haloween 1949 when the crew are relaxing and talking lesiurely when the plane are getting worried about icing suddenly the plane loses control and crashes killing everyone onboard. the cause is determined to be poor design of the deicing boots that meant when the flaps where set for approach the ice brought the plane down.
