ash and friends arrive on the island for the championship match pamelo island where ash is told he will be battling drake a trainer with a dragonite who hasn’t been beaten in a full 6 on 6 match but snorlax is asleep so ash switches it for tauros for beginners luck. team rocket try and steal the dragonite but fail so they decide to try again when its weakened by the challenger (ash). the first match is ditto v pikachu which is a close match but pikachu wins so round 2 is onix vs squirtle which ash wins using the type advantage. gengar v tauros is close so ash switches for lapras which the attacks collide its an even match but who will win.
