brock hears from suzy who says she needs vulpix for a breeding contest which brocks helps her enter but a guy named zane whose her rival also enters with his ninetails (the evolved form of vulpix) and team rocket try and steal the pokemon. brock gives vulpix back to suzy before the contest. team rocket cheat their way to the front of the queque due to being 259 originally but there plan fails we don’t know who won the contest.
