ash and friends are near a power plant which ash decides to investigate and chikorita gives with him due to pikachu being asleep team rocket also go in and damage the door. chikorita finds a floor map and they decide to look for the right part but are attaked by a lot of electric types. jigglypuff is also there. team rocket make a deal with the lead electrabuzz which won’t help with the situation as they eventually steal it and chikorita after a battle. and chikorita evolves into bayleef to save ash and team rocket lose as always.
