a yak-42 carrying a famous hockey team can’t get airborne on takeoff until its off the runway stalls and crashes killing all but one person (another lives but dies later). the cause is quite alarming that the crew activated the breaks on takeoff due to confusion between the yak40 and the yak42 aircraft.
