ash and friends find out the pikachu is sparky and are reunited with ritchie and they find out he is after the legendry pokemon as well. and find a local boy who is hiding something when team rocket attack they find out he is friends with a lugia who team rocket are after (and not just jessie and james). doctor namba gets butch and cassidy to help steal the lugia and get the small one but not its parent using rage machines.
next time ash makes a promise to the parent but will they get the child back.
