an atr departs median venuzuela for caracas and end up lost and crash into a mountain killing all on board. the cause of the crash was the pilots rushing the takeoff checklist so the instruments didn’t set so they weren’t delayed there takeoff. the airport has now closed to commerical traffic due to the crash.
