ash and friends are reunited with misty who is going to a togepi festival and find out its a plot for a guy named cornoal hansen to steal togepi so he become king with team rockets help. but ash and friends try and stop them and meet the princess who needs a togepi as well to become queen. but its tough to get away with toegpi to safety even with the princesses help.
