ash and friends get on the wrong boat and end up heading to another island where there is a pokemon battle judging school. where they meet a guy whose learning to be one with the evolved forms of the kanto starters but is nervous and can’t do well as a judge but after a team rocket attack his wartortle evolves into blastoise and than the lead judge tells him to go back on his journey.
