ash and friends end up on team megmas submarine somehow after the events of the previous episode. and find out about they are going after kyogre but team aqua who already have groudon. lance appears to help stop them as well. pikachu gets controlled by the blue orb while archie (of team aqua) is by the red orb. team aqua think they have won but the legendries are out of control.
