ash and friends spot an arcanine stealing food so may wants to catch it but drew turns up with the same goal (who already has a kanto ribbon) they battle over it. while team rocket get in trouble for eating a wedding cake and try and get the arcanine as well. but eventually they give up when they find the arcanine has a family.
