after a forrest fire a celebi is hurt and the cycling road is unusable. ash and friends meet a pokemon ranger named solana who is keeping the area safe when pikachu goes off and finds celebi. they fix celebi and protect it from team rocket.
next time brock gets a new pokemon which is a cry baby.
