fabio knows he will be next if he ever loses immunity which he wins at the final 5 on a quiz/puzzle challenge. dan is the clear target but holly and chase are also considered. fabio tries to save dan but it doesn’t work and in the end dan votes for chase but the tribe send dan home 4-1 (dan several years later died). after the rites of passage fabio knows he must win again and he does in an endurance challenge. the vote is between holly and sash with it unclear on the how the vote will go till the last minute when holly is voted out 3-1. leaving the 3 younger guys the final 3. they enjoy the last day breakfast and fabio is the clear likely winner. brenda is hard on sash for not staying loyal to her and not giving her the idol when sash attacks chase over the vote. chase doesn’t answer martys question because the answer is him and he ruled himself out. holly asks chase about strategy. jane is just mad at them. benry is happy with fabios challenge wins. dan says chase backstabbed too much. sash blows his only chance to get a vote on kellys question. naonka is weird. chase does a good job on alinas question supprsingly. in the end sash gets zero votes all the woman who didn’t quit vote for chase but fabio wins on the quitters and the guys votes 5-4-0 making him the most controversal winner ever in terms of their season. we hear about fabio if he kept the weird name and if he was really a goofball. chase preforms a song we find out that brenda tried to get sash out earlier that didn’t make it. jimmy johnson says survivor saved his lifes years ago. dan talks about his family. jane says she read an article about fire making by jeff himself. shannon tries to defend his awful comments on sash and naonka talks about the bullying. we find out that quitters don’t get on the jury from now on (only once has someone quit since the merge since well maybe 3 if you count a twist). jane wins the fanfavourite award by a record margin at the time and still is for a female. next time is redemption island a new twist that jeff gets cirie and rupert as examples to explain more on that next season.
