in alaska two planes colide in the wilderness with 6 deaths betweeen two sea planes near misty fjords. and find a propeller striking a right wing. and find that they had info on traffic but hwo did they miss each other but the tcas wasn’t working so they had no warning and confusing the design of the twin otter being old and modern at the same time. but it was clear pilot error was a facotr.
