a poor perecntage wasn’t fatal nor was 3 loses in 5 games to start than 6 wins in a row only broken by a bye had them 2nd all of a sudden but lost 3 of thier last 5 to finish 5th and lose to the blues.

a draw with fitzroy in round 1 wasn’t a worry they also lost in round 10 to them and a loss to essendon in round 4 they just mised first to the pies but won all 3 finals to win their 5th flag.
