the cats crashed out in straight loses with the dees beating the roos in a semi making the grand dogs v dees and on their frist attempt the dogs win their first flag by 51 (double the dees score in fact).

after a disasterous few years they started with a loss to the pies an early loss to hawks in round 3 had worries as to the saints in round 6 dons in round 9, dogs in round 10 (losing the gf preview), pies in round 12 and lions in round 15 saw them lucky to get 4th but beat roos and cats to make the grand htey lost to the dogz.

after finally winning a semi they went one better despite losing to wooden spooners saints in ronud 1 and tigers in round 2. before 6 striaght wins some by big margins (87 over south) cats broke that run in round 9. other loses to pies in round 11 tigers in round 13 bliues in round 15 and a draw with roos in round 16 had many worried but dominated the finals beating cats and dees for their first flag.
