not far from pallet town a young girl named zaori is getting reawdy for palet town she is no normal girl as she spends more time with pokemon than people and has befriended a lot of them and has gained poewrs that are common for pokemon but was somehow through her best friend yuki (a girl) to be able to go on a pokemon journey. one day a few days before she leaves she sees a girl named liko who they have a brief interaciton with some of the conversation going oddly. meanwhile professor oak gets given by a animous a special pokemon for zaori.
